Transcript

Spoken cues from the session script. The recording leaves space between these lines; pauses are part of the practice.

Take your seat. Let your eyes close. There is nowhere to get to for the next quarter of an hour.

Begin wherever you are. Breath, sounds, the weight of your body. Let it all be here.

Can you imagine the space inside your head?

Can you let that space spread through your whole body, slowly, at its own pace?

Include the sounds, arising and dissolving in the same openness.

Include the thoughts, and the space they are happening in.

Can you imagine the space of the room — and beyond the room, in every direction, without limit?

Body, room, sound, thought, and sky. One field, attended evenly, held by no one.

Rest as the whole of it.

Slowly, let your breath come forward again. Feel your hands, your seat, the room assembling around you.

When the bell sounds, take your time. The width comes with you.
