Spoken cues from the session script. The recording leaves space between these lines; pauses are part of the practice.
Stay exactly where you are. Eyes open. Let your gaze rest on one point ahead of you.
First breath. As you exhale, find the edges of your vision without moving your eyes.
Second breath. As you exhale, imagine the space between you and everything you see.
Third breath. As you exhale, imagine the space inside your body joining the space of the room.
Hold it all at once — the point, the edges, the space, the breath.
One more quiet moment. Nothing needs you yet.
Now carry on with your day — a little wider than you left it.
